I am offering both short term and long term therapy for adults. Every person and challenge is unique. Having a specialized treatment plan that is tailored for you can help to support you in reaching your goals. Each session is focused on supporting your goals and healing.
At present, I am exclusively offering telehealth virtual appointments. This means that you can meet for therapy within the comfort of your own home without additional travel and time commitments. I do not offer in person sessions at this time.
